It's a popular choice. I recomend that you go early. This restaurant has 3 banquet course menus, but you need a reservation. You can rent the restaurant, but only the second floor. You should as reserve early as possible.
I think TeTeS is reasonable. At lunchtime and dinner time, you pay about 1000 yen ~ 2000 yen. For the banquet course, you pay about 1000 yen ~ 2500 yen. There are 100 seats. At first floor does not sllow smoking, but on the second floor,you can smoke.
